The home is less than a minute drive to the sands of Rendezvous Bay, one the islands premier beaches, allowing you to jump back home to shower, eat or otherwise take a break from your time on the sand.

Four spacious bedrooms. Four and a half baths.
Songbird Villa features a Master Suite with bath ensuite, and private balcony capturing magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin beyond. The Study on the lower level with its own private patio, completes the East Wings.
The West Wings hosts 2 guest bedrooms, one Queen Bed and one with 2 Twin Beds (or King), each with bath ensuite, opening onto a patio with fantastic seaviews.
The lower level features a Queen size bedroom, bath ensuite and laundry room which completes the West Wings.
A fully equipped kitchen, cosy living and dining areas, completes the main floor.

| Payment & Other Policies | A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by Kokoon Villas at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Kokoon Villas in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by Kokoon Villas in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. All Peak Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.
Kokoon Villas reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
We recommend that the Renter purchase travel insurance available through travel agents and insurance companies. |
