| Payment & Other Policies | A 50% deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking to secure the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required prior to check in and will be returned within 30 days of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you wish to cancel this reservation, cancellation must be submitted in writing (by fax, email or letter). Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the guest-scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if the owners or their agents in writing less than 60 days prior to arrival receive notice of cancellation. If the property is re-rented, we will refund all monies paid minus a 10% rebooking fee. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures
We recommend that the Renter purchase travel insurance available through travel agents and insurance companies.
