Grand Outlook Villa
The abundant space to entertain and enjoy is visually enhanced by an open gallery from the main living area past the second level catwalks to the impressive cathedral ceiling above. The unique location and design of this sizable estate is further captured by a star deck on the roof, which allows for nearly a 360 degree view of Anguilla including stunning views of Saint Martin/Sint Maarten and Saint Barths. This is a wonderful and unique home and a place where memories will be made.
Grand Outlook can accommodate four couples or two/three families very comfortably. There are four very private bedroom suites. Each with its own bathroom, veranda, air conditioning and amazing views. Some even have private outdoor showers overlooking the beautiful blue Caribbean ocean! Bedding consists of one king bed, three queen beds and two twin beds.

| Payment & Other Policies | All rates are quoted in US Dollars per night and include government tax and service charge. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit of the total rate plus service and taxes is required to confirm your reservation. The balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival if paying by wire transfer and 60 days in advance if paying with certified bank check. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. Holiday Season reservations balance payments are due by November 1. If reservations are made within 30 days of arrival date the full rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: Greater than 60 days prior: 75% of deposit returned and 25% balance credited toward future stay*
30-60 days prior: 50% of deposit returned and 50% balance credited toward future stay*
Less than 30 days prior: no deposit returned an 100% balance credited toward future stay*
*If booked period is re-rented for equal or greater fee. Less re-rent rate received will prorate your future credit. Our goal, no lost money on any deposit at Grand Outlook
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of the greater of $2,500 dollars or 25% of your rental fee will be due immediately prior to you arrival. It will be returned immediately after your departure with good condition verification. |
